Malaysia Online Visa will not provide cash refunds for early contract termination under any circumstances. If you have any questions about your payment, please contact us as soon as possible. If a payment is made in error, we will reimburse the amount to the appropriate account.
We begin the submission procedure to the Malaysian Immigration Department as soon as your application is received through our website. Please review all the conditions below carefully before proceeding.
If you wish to cancel before your application has been submitted to the Malaysian government for approval, please contact us immediately via email or through this website. A cancellation fee of USD 40 will be deducted from your refund.
Once your Malaysia eVisa application has been submitted to the government for approval, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
If you paid twice or more for the same application due to a system or technical issue, please email us the exact payment details. We will investigate and reimburse the additional charges after verification.
If you have applied on another website and also submitted through our portal, resulting in a duplicate application for the same passport, only the Government Fee portion will be refunded.
This Malaysia eVisa Refund Policy applies only to fees received by us for services rendered. It does not apply to visa application payments or resident permit fees paid directly to the Malaysian Government through the Application Portal.
